Home Loan Financing: I am associated with Christensen Financial, Inc., dba Davis Mortgage Group, located in Southlake, TX. NMLS#314875. I do home loan mortgages for residential, investment and second homes, from single-family residences up to fourplexes…new construction and pre-owned. Roofing and Construction: I’ve retained a financial interest in Trinity Roofing & Construction located in Mansfield, Texas. We specialize in composition residential roofing, but do all roofs. We are specially adept at working with insurance companies and their adjusters to obtain a good situation for the homeowner. With over 25 years of experience, we need to be your go-to roofers in the event of hail or wind damage to your roof. Check out the tab.
Insurance: I’m not talking about homeowner’s insurance here. What I’m talking about death and disability benefit that can make your house payment for you if you’re injured or disabled or can payoff your mortgage in the event of your death. So your spouse won’t be stuck with making the mortgage payment without your income that used to pay, or help pay, the payment. This is a great program and it’s inexpensive. Real Estate: My main purpose is to encourage people to enter and participate in the field of real estate. Now is the time to buy while there’s “blood in the streets.” It might not be the bottom of the market but it could be darn close. People will always need a home, and will have to pay for it. So they either rent or they own. Either way, those who can step in and own real estate will win. You can participate with me as either a lender who will earn a nice interest rate or as a partner who could earn substantial profits from the venture. Learn more on my Real Estate tab.
Stuff: This page is a blog page where I just add my comments, videos, pics, etc about life and having fun, and “stuff”. I might post other articles related to real estate, financing, the housing market in general. Sometimes it’s the lighter side of the life, or stories about my experiences. It could also be a restaurant I tried, a movie I saw, a store I liked, a car I drove, a sporting event I went to. It’s whatever. It’s “stuff.” “Nuff said. Check out my BLOG tab here.
